FAQ

How do you work with clients day to day?
Directly and humanly. We scope together, keep you informed through the build, and stay reachable after launch. AI speeds delivery; people own the partnership.
How does pricing work?
A flat fee scoped to your project, discussed after a discovery call. We do not publish a rate card because every build is different — and we would rather be accurate than loud.
What does “partnership” mean commercially?
Beyond the project fee, we agree a contractual economic interest in the product (not equity in your company). Exact terms are private, negotiated fairly, and written down so both sides know where they stand.
How do you handle months when the product does not make money?
Honestly: operating losses for a given month are the client’s responsibility in full. We do not ask you to “share the pain” of a loss, and we do not pretend otherwise.
Where is the product hosted?
On our infrastructure — dedicated GCP staging and deployment projects, Stripe, and related services — so you get a reliable, turnkey setup without assembling vendors yourself.
What happens if invoices aren’t paid?
Because we host the product, unpaid amounts under the agreement may lead to service suspension. We put that in writing up front so there are no surprises.
Do you build native mobile apps or regulated products?
No. We focus on web SaaS, and we do not take regulated-product engagements.
