Financing & Acquisition
We work with the lenders, title companies, seller agents, attorneys, appraisers, and other professionals. Everything that is needed to get the deal done.
Property Management
We have a trusted network of property managers in different markets. If your investment is outside our network, we will thoroughly interview and identify a trustworthy manager for your investment. We will then work with them to maximize operating income from the property.
Improvements
There’s a reason they’re called “Value Add”. The best deals are those where the seller no longer has the will to deal with the property. We work with property managers to fix what’s broken at minimum cost, to maximize the value of your property.
Disposition
When it’s time to move on – we handle all the aspects of the sale. We will find the right agents to work with, optimize the listing, work with prospective buyers, and finalize the deal.
